It is separate from the grades 6-10 alternative program housed at the same campus.

Address:
1525 Boone Street
Fort Wayne, IN 46808
Program Focus

  • Building strong relationships and trust with caring adults
  • Supporting academic growth through individualized instruction
  • Developing social-emotional skills and emotional regulation
  • Reinforcing positive behaviors through consistent expectations and restorative practices
  • Partnering with families through regular communication and collaboration
  • Building confidence and fostering a love for learning
Student Support

Students are supported by a dedicated team that may include:
  • Certified teachers
  • A case manager
  • A therapist
  • Behavioral support teachers

Together, our staff works closely with families to provide the academic, behavioral and emotional support each student needs.

Our Goal

For many students, CAS provides a learning environment that better meets their developmental, behavioral or emotional needs than a traditional school setting. Our goal is to help every student build the skills, confidence and independence needed to successfully transition back to their home school when appropriate.

A student and a teacher are interacting, doing some kind of lesson.
A young student gives a high-five to a woman in a floral dress, both smiling in a classroom decorated with alphabet charts and colorful floor mats.
Two young students are playing with toy food at a table in front of a window with a pineapple decoration.
