- Training Location: 301 W. Cook Rd., Fort Wayne, IN 46845 (FWCS Transportation Facility)
- Remember to submit a copy of driver's license on your registration. You must have a valid license with you in class. If you don't have a physical copy or your license has expired, you will be rescheduled.
- If you hold a drivers license from another state, please provide a copy of your driving history.
- Don't forget to complete the (6) White Bus Certification videos prior to class.
