The FAFSA is open for the upcoming 2019-2020 school year!

The FAFSA, or Free Application for Student Aid, is an online application that allows students to access state and federal financial aid, scholarships, and grants when applying to colleges and technical schools. The application is free and can be found at fafsa.ed.gov. The  FWCS Family and Community Engagement Center will be holding FAFSA completion days in the upcoming months for students and parents- see the Bruin Update for more information!

Current students may request a transcript free of charge. Students who have graduated need to request a transcript through Parchment and will pay a fee of $1.00 per transcript. 


Work Permits

Students who wish to have a job outside of school need to fill out an Intent to Employ form from the Indiana Department of Child Labor, which they can get from Mrs. Didion in the guidance office. The form needs to be filled out completely and a copy of the student’s birth certificate must be attached for the form to be submitted. Intent to employ forms are processed within one business day.
