Message from Superintendent Dr. Wendy Robinson:

Because of the number of cancellations we have had this month and likely additional cancellations we will have this week, we have decided to cancel the Parent-Teacher Conferences scheduled for Wednesday and Thursday. While we believe this time with parents is important, we have not been in school enough yet this semester for in-depth conversations to take place. We will use Friday as a make-up day.

We still believe communication between teachers and parents is critical to student success. We will ask teachers to reach out to parents, and we encourage parents to contact teachers, if they want to set up a meeting to discuss their child's progress. As winter continues, we could still face delays and cancellations because of weather. We will make additional adjustments to the calendar as warranted.
