Indiana Sun Bucks Logo

Summer 2024 will be the first year for Indiana SUN Bucks, a new benefits program providing families $120 for each eligible school-aged child to buy groceries when school is out.

Most eligible families will get these benefits automatically, but some parents will need to apply. This new program is available in addition to free meals that kids of all ages can get at summer meal sites in their communities. To see if you qualify or if you have additional questions, please follow the link below.

Youth Pass

Citilink’s Summer Youth Bus Passes are back. The discounted passes are available for children ages 5-18 and help make transportation easier for the summer with unlimited rides for just $25 because we know life doesn’t stop when school does.

With the Summer Youth Pass, kids can gain independence and enjoy everything Fort Wayne has to offer. They can ride the bus to the libraries, the mall, the parks, friend’s houses and have access to various locations across the city.

Ticket sales for the Summer Youth Bus Pass began on Friday, May 10, and the tickets will be valid from May 25 through Aug. 7. Tickets are available for purchase here or at Citilink’s office at 801 Leesburg Rd., at Citilink’s Central Station, 121 W. Baker St., on Token Transit and select Kroger stores.

Unsure how to utilize Citilink’s service? Citilink offers free travel training to adults and minors (with adult attendance). To explore the routes and destinations kids can visit throughout the summer, visit Citilink’s website at fwcitilink.com
