The FWCS Health Clinic @ FACE is staffed by three Parkview Registered Nurses from Community Nursing. This partnership works to address the health issues and needs of new and existing students and families. We offer a variety of free services and programs.
SERVICES OFFERED
- Hearing and vision screenings
- Review of health history
- Lead Screening for ages 3-6 years
- Immunizations services for FWCS students. Open Monday-Friday 8:30-3:30 in partnership with SuperShot
- Health Education: Babysitting Class, Amazing Chef Class, Mindfulness Class offered at FACE for Middle School students.

INFORMATION
The FWCS Health Clinic at FACE provides convenient, high-quality care for students and families through a strong partnership with Parkview Health and Community Nursing. Staffed by three registered nurses, the clinic supports both new and current families by addressing a wide range of health needs in a welcoming, school-based setting.
Services are provided at no cost and include hearing and vision screenings, health history reviews, lead screenings for children ages 3–6 and immunizations for FWCS students. The clinic is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
In addition to medical services, students can participate in engaging health education programs through SuperShot, including Babysitting, Amazing Chef and Mindfulness classes offered at FACE for middle school students.
