Event Bag Policy

For the safety and security of all visitors, FWCS maintains a strict bag policy at 

all middle and high school athletic and cocurricular events.

Bag policy approved bags. No backpacks or larger purses.

PROHIBITED BAGS:

  • Large purses and tote bags larger than 9" x 6"
  • Backpacks 
  • Sports or duffel bags
  • Drawstring bags
  • Diaper bags

 

OTHER ITEMS NOT PERMITTED AT EVENTS:

  • Weapons
  • Food and beverage items
  • Bottles and cans
  • Coolers
  • Horns or artificial noisemakers

Bag policy approved bags include clear bags that are no bigger than 12x12 or a clutch purses that is no larger that 9x6.

APPROVED BAGS:

  • Clear plastic or vinyl bag that does not exceed 12” x 6” x 12”
  • A one-gallon size clear plastic bag
  • Any small clutch or purse, no larger than 9" x 6"

 

MEDICAL EXCEPTIONS:

  • Guests carrying medically necessary items or equipment are permitted to bring a non-clear bag.

 

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

  • ALL bags are subject to search upon entry to an event. Please arrive early to allow time for security screening.

To speed up gate entry, we strongly encourage guests
to not bring bags of any kind to FWCS events.
