Communication & Marketing

HOW DO WE COMMUNICATE?
ParentSquare is our primary platform for school communication which has options for email, text and app notifications. ParentSquare automatically generates an account for each parent, using their preferred email address and phone number. We encourage parents to access their accounts so they can download the mobile app and update their preferences on when and how they are notified. Visit our ParentSquare page for more details.
Our website (that you are reading this information on) is a great source of information for our district and our schools.
On our website you will find the communication tool Let's Talk. This messaging platform allows anyone to send us a message that is then directed to the correct department to help get you the answers you need. Click the Contact Us button to send us a message using this platform.
Social media is another place you will find our messages communicated. Our district channel are the ones to watch or official news and stories from around the district. You can find those links at the below.
Peachjar is a way for our district to send both community created as well as district materials to our parents in a digest email twice a week. Community members interested in submitting flyers to our schools can submit their materials directly to Peachjar.
