Barr Street Café
The Barr Street Café is a student-operated restaurant in the Anthis Career Center. The café is open Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. during the school year. Reservations are required and can be made by calling Judy Williams at 467-1031. The menu changes seasonally and offers gourmet food at a low price. We are sorry for the inconvenience, but we accept only cash or check.
Students enrolled in the Culinary Arts II Program are responsible for the operation of the Barr Street Café. This is an advanced food program based on the principals of running the back and front of a restaurant. Serv Safe Essentials Certifications are earned by the students completing this 2nd year program.

Chef Melissa Snider is the instructor for the second year class and Chef Jean Bireley is the instructor for the first year class.
