Harris students visit Azar's

Harris Elementary Special Education students will have a lunch outing at Azar's Restaurant in Waynedale at 11:30 a.m., Wednesday, March 13. This trip provides students with an opportunity to practice ordering off a menu and counting money. It also allows them a chance to use proper manners in a public setting. Following their trip, the students will participate in written and verbal activities and do follow up math activities.

FWCS proudly allows families to choose any of its 51 schools through its successful school-choice program creating diversity in each school, including some with more than 75 languages spoken.
