Croninger students tour Fort Wayne Newspapers

Croninger Elementary fifth-grade students will learn the publications process of a newspaper during a field trip to Fort Wayne Newspapers from 10-11 a.m., Friday, March 15. The budding journalists will see the printing press and distribution areas. Fifth-graders help produce "The Communicacion," Croninger's school newspaper, which is produced four times a year and distributed to all 600 students or accessed online. The fifth-grade students act as newspaper reporters by interviewing staff and students, writing and editing articles, and organizing the newspaper.
