Saint Francis basketball team mentors Nebraska students

Members of the Men's Basketball Team from the University of Saint Francis are visiting Nebraska Elementary once a week to work one-on-one with male students in grades K-5. The college students visit during lunch and recess on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday through mid-February to build a relationship with these young men. They spend 45 minutes eating lunch together, reading and shooting hoops or playing a game.

With nearly 31,000 students, Fort Wayne Community Schools is Indiana's largest school district.
