Indian Village students visit History Center for Gingerbread Festival

Indian Village second-grade students will travel to the History Center for the Gingerbread Festival on Thursday, Nov. 29, from 10-11 a.m. Students will explore life in Fort Wayne and how it has changed over time, tour artifacts and compare those to how life is today and view gingerbread houses.

With nearly 31,000 students, Fort Wayne Community Schools is Indiana's largest school district. FWCS proudly allows families to choose any of its 51 schools through its successful school-choice program creating diversity in each school, including some with more than 75 languages spoken.
